You can’t believe this. You made your demands known back during your intake interview. You’re fine with being thrown at any mission, dangerous or no, but you want a damn violin. You even made concessions for ‘any good violin’, given the impossibility of bringing your violin here from home, but they still can’t do that!

The same excuses again and again. ‘Your power is too dangerous.’ ‘We don’t yet know the exact extent of what it can do.’ ‘When we have the clearance to test it we will, but for now you must be patient.’ It’s all bullshit in your eyes. Nobody gets hurt, it’s just a weird effect on the area around you. It’s a small price to pay for a bit of peace.
Maybe if you get violent they’ll finally give you what they promised you. Now there’s a thought.
